Product Warranty
Musical-Laboratory.com extends a parts and labour limited warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase. The parts and labour warranty covers defects in materials and assembly. Warranty service or replacement will be provided free of charge in the event of component failure.
All Musical-laboratory.com audio components are currently hand-manufactured. This means that every Musical-laboratory.com component is unique. As such minor variations which are a result of the manufacturing process are not covered by this warranty.
In addition, failure due to neglectful use, utilisation of a component in a way not approved by Musical-laboratory.com, normal wear & tear are expressely not covered by this warranty.
In the event of a component needing servicing, the customer is responsible for the transport costs of returning the item to
Musical-laboratory.com, including adequate packaging and insurance provisions.
Damage in Transit
Any product that is shipped by Musical-Laboratory.com is insured to value and, in the unlikely event that the product becomes damaged in transit, it will be replaced free of charge by Musical-Laboratory.com, provided that the following conditions are met:
Any claim for damage in transit is initiated by the customer in accordance with the claim procedures as defined by our delivery service. Our delivery service, having been contacted by the customer, accepts responsibility for such damage; and Our delivery service confirms to Musical Laboratory* the above facts
Musical-Laboratory.com will not replace any damaged goods unless the goods have been deemed to have been damaged whilst in-transit, and our courier service accepts responsibility for such damage.
Limitation of Liability
Site visitors use the Musical-Laboratory.com website of their own volition.
While Musical Laboratory* endeavours to keep the content of the website current and accurate, Musical-Laboratory.com will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damages arising from use of the site, or its content. Such provisions will similarly apply to any damages arising out of a visitor’s inability to use the website, for whatever reason.
Musical-Laboratory.com takes care to ensure that its products are safe when they leave the laboratory. However the customer undertakes to use these products at their own risk. Musical-Laboratory.com will not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of its products. Should a customer be unsure how to install one of its products, the customer is advised to contact Musical-Laboratory.com prior to instalment.
Violation of Terms & Conditions
Musical Laboratory* reserves the right to seek enforcement of any provision contained herein, if it has grounds to believe that such provision has been violated.
Should one or more rights or provisions set out in these terms and conditions be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, you hereby agree to be comply with, and be bound by, any remaining provisions such as are deemed to be enforceable.
